EdgeRecord intends to publish core verification and specification components openly, but the public repository set is still being staged.

Planned public components

• Record specification - canonical fields, hashing rules, and receipt format.
• Offline verifier - local verification without trusting the hosted service.
• CLI tooling - local-first record creation and validation workflows.
